Throwback Dec 7, 2014. Most likely on the St. Nicolas Christmas Market that used to happen once every year in Dresden, at least until the pandemic struck. (Initially posted to Facebook. Interesting to browse through the old comments, nine years later, and the profiles that left them. Seems at some point everyone over there turned into a quiet left-open account and public sink for annual birthday wishes but without further activity or interaction.)

Throwback Dec 4, 2014. On the road, Berlin. Lunch break during a business trip. Somewhere near Treptower Park I guess. Poor quality again compared to most of todays cameras and shots; back then again it was more "instant" point-shoot-send. And usually immediately ended up in shorter communications with locals asking or recommending things. This strange kind of interaction was unique to "early" Instagram days and seems missing on virtually any other network ever since.

Throwback Dec 1, 2012. Stars. Originally posted to Instagram in my early months there, still embracing that idea and possibilities of immediate pictures and permanently carrying a usable camera.

Throwback Nov 23, 2013. Vintage audio hardware. Maybe already too polished for a steampunk mode, maybe nice from some perspectives and rather difficult to handle from others. Still, an enticing piece of history.
