8am, deviations in reading. Today: Controlling and enforcing goals in agile teams. The usual idea of adding a layer of top-down management to structures supposed to be self-organizing and motivated. Closing the magazine, wondering whether at some point cultural shifts might become obvious and reality. (And then, distracted by the birds singing in the office backyard, echoed a myriad of times by concrete and steel. Prepared, counting, waiting.)
